At Evans Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the footwear is protected.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
